Product Review: new watch
The first watch sent was a second hand scratched watch of a different make but with the correct braclet, this was returned but no refund as yet, the replacement watch and correct new one was received within 2 days of my complaint and is perfect and a jolly good buy and the service with that was perfect. I am still waiting however to know what is happening about the one returned??? I know they have had it as I have had the postage refund for which I thank you, but no other notification.
